The responsibility of the Business Office is to safeguard the University's assets, control and process the financial activities of the University and maintain students' accounts. The Business Office seeks to provide professional service to the University student body, faculty and staff through courteous and accurate service in the receipting, disbursing, recording, and reporting of all financial functions. We provide reports of financial activity and account balances, process vendor invoices and employee expense documents, deposit and record student cash receipts, and administer the payroll system. The Business Office is also responsible for ensuring that all units comply with the laws, rules and policies that govern the University when purchasing goods and services from either inside or outside sources and that the proper paperwork is processed for these transactions.
The Business Office is responsible for the collection of college credit registration fees, administers any refund checks, and collects miscellaneous student fees for the semester. Account statements are mailed monthly from this office.
Business office staff and personnel are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. to address any questions or the need for additional information.
