Activities
In addition to receiving an excellent legal education, UWLA’s students can also choose from a number of student life activities designed to enrich their educational experience, develop their leadership skills, and give them the opportunity to network and create new relationships:
- Planning for and/or attendance at annual and occasional University events
- Practical training such as the Externship program, Moot Court, and the Dependency Adoptions Internship
- Part-time employment including Federal Work Study positions.
- “The Brief” student newspaper and other publications
- Library—including independent study groups

Interest in a number of student organizations, as well as student study groups and activities such as a Student Bar Association is growing. UWLA is planning to incorporate several new student life activities in the near future.
