Tuition Refund Policy Students have the right to cancel the enrollment agreement and receive a full refund of charges paid through attendance at the first class session, or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is later. Cancellation is effective on the date the written notice of cancellation is sent or hand delivered to the Registrar: 9800 S. La Cienega Blvd., 12th Floor, Inglewood, CA 90301. Students may also email their request to cancel to the Registrar at pwhite@uwla.edu. Refunds will be paid within 45 days of cancellation unless the cancellation occurs after the institution has student has either received class materials, attended the first class session or it has been seven days after enrollment, but prior to those events, in such cases, the institution shall make the refund within 45 days after your return of materials. |
