Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Transformation (D.I.E.T.) 2025 Survey Results of UWLA Stakeholders (Board of Managers, Staff, Faculty, Students, and Alums)






When asked, What languages(s) do you speak at home? Of the 143 that responded, 55% indicated that they speak a language other than English at home. In fact, 22 languages were identified: Arabic, Aramaic, Armenian, ASL, Banga, Ebonics, Farsi, French, German, Gujarati, Hebrew, Hindi, K’iche, Marathi, Patois, Portuguese, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Urdu, and Vietnamese

Additional responses received were: Christian orthodox, I was born into the Catholic religion, but I have been learning and respecting several other religions., I'm Moslem by tradition but I don't practice any religion, Jehovah’s Witness, Luciferianism, Seven day Adventist, Sikh, Sikhism, and Zoroastrian.
