Biography:

Diana Ding graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of West Los Angeles with a Juris Doctor degree in May 2019. She was admitted to the California Bar in February 2020. During law school, her academic excellence earned her numerous Witkin Awards which recognize the highest grade in the class. She teaches Introduction to Legal Studies, Legal Research & Writing, and Legal Analysis & Writing. Her legal practice is mainly devoted to bankruptcy, real estate and special education.

Before she ventured into the legal field, she worked for the National Institute of Education Sciences and the Department of International Exchange and Communication for the Chinese Ministry of Education. She was a Chinese Scholarship Counsel sponsored visiting scholar to California State University, Northridge. In addition, Ms. Ding was a Chinese University of Hong Kong sponsored visiting scholar. She also holds an M.A. in Applied Linguistics from the University of International Business and Economics. She graduated from that institution with the highest dissertation score.
