Kelly completed her Juris Doctor at University of Maryland Carey School of Law and her undergraduate studies at University of International Relations in Beijing. She provides services to all international prospective students and applicants, such as developing and implementing programs to enhance the overall experiences of international students. She also designs programs for different international partner schools and coordinates effective communication for international collaborations.
