Professor Kade has been a member of the California Bar since 1999. He is licensed to practice before the US Supreme Court, California Supreme Court, California Southern and Central Federal District Courts as well as the Federal District Court of Texas.

Professor Kade has represented 100s of clients in matters of Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation and Lemon Law and has briefed and argued cases before the California Court of Appeal.

Professor Kade is a former Police Officer ® and has been a Judge Pro Tem since 2005.
