Biography:

Mr. Bowman’s career in Engineering, Marketing and Management spans over 4 decades as District Engineer for the Los Angeles District including the 11 Western States, including Alaska and Hawaii; Product Support and Audit Engineer out of Milwaukee, Wi covering the US, and Canada; and Marketing and Sales Management in Los Angeles, Southern California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii.  He has National and International experience in marketing and management, working with products designed and manufactured in Haifa, Israel, Liege, Belgium and Erlanger, Germany.

·        Teaching Business Courses in UWLA Graduate and Under Graduate programs which include Organizational Development, Leadership and Management, Finance, Data Management and Business Communications, currently.

·        Twenty five years’ successful teaching experience in the Los Angeles Community College District.

·        Two years successful teaching of Teleweb classes for the Los Angeles Community College District, combining television with the Internet.

·        Instructor at the General Electric Institute, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin while serving as Support Engineer.

·        Adjunct Professor for the Computer Science Department at Los Angeles Southwest and WLA Colleges, teaching various technical computers related courses currently.

·        Adjunct Professor for the Business Department at Los Angeles Southwest College teaching various business courses, including Management I & II, and Business Law currently.

·        Currently, he is the “Academy Faculty Advisors” for CTE/INDUSTRY PATHWAYS ACADEMEDIES and the ADJUNCT REPRESENTATIVE for the Business Department at LASC.
